We use the data you submit when you book to administer the event. It is not used for any other purpose. When you make payment, data is collected by our ticketing bureau and their separate privacy policy applies. We never have access to your payment card or bank account details.

We do not collect data other than that which you explicitly submit when you book a place at the event.

We retain event data in secure electronic form. We do not retain paper records.

You can request details of any personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (unless we are obliged to keep it for administrative, accounting, legal, or security purposes).

We do not use any automated processes, including AI systems, for decision making or profiling data.
